The maps illustrate changes in access routes to a city hospital between 2007 and 2010.

In the first map, it can be seen that the hospital was surrounded by a ringroad. To the south of the hospital, a T-junction connected the ringroad with the Hospital road, which ran from north to south and were equipped with bus tops on both of its sides. A car park for staff and public was just behind the east bus-stops. Another road, the City Road, running from east to west crossed the Hospital Road.

After three years, the hospital and ringroad remained largely unchanged but the roads witnessed a vast change. In 2010, two new roundabouts were built at both ends of the Hospital Rd replacing the T-junction and intersection. Furthermore, the old bus stops have been replaced by a bus station in the west and staff-only car park in the east. The car park for public has been moved to the east of the hospital just outside the ringroad.

To sum up, between 2007 and 2010 it is clear that the hospital and the ring road stayed the same, while the roads were upgraded significantly with the addition of two roundabouts, a bus station, and a separated public car-park.
